ABOUT ME

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago where I currently practice medicine but I was trained at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. I have a BSc in Nutritional Science with minors in Sports Nutrition and Psychology from UWI, St. Augustine, Trinidad.

I've lived in Trinidad, England and Jamaica, thus the channel name. I left Trinidad at the tender age of 17 years old and resided in England for a few years working and studying. I consider England my second home but really dislike the cold weather! 

I created my Youtube channel in 2017 during medical school in an attempt to disperse information to my classmates and juniors so they would not be totally lost during the rotations I completed before them…to learn from my experiences. Since then my channel has matured to my current journey through the medical world and life as we know it.
